FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET BETTER?

Over a span of 18-25 sessions (which would work out to 4-6 months), there is generally enough time to build a trusting relationship with a therapist, learn new skills for how to manage anxiety and stress, and to practice them in your day to day life. However, each person is different, and we will individual care based on each persons needs, which might mean you need fewer or more sessions.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Yes. We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, John Hopkins EHP, Medicaid, and United Healthcare. We are considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans. We bill insurance companies directly on behalf of our clients with their permission, and will bill the client directly for the copay/coinsurance and the difference between what the insurance company covers and our rates (for out of network).

WHAT ARE YOUR OUT OF POCKET RATES?

Our rates for the most common psychotherapy codes for those who do not want to use their health insurance are as follows:

Intake/Assessment Session: $230
45-minute session: $150
60-minute session: $175
Group therapy: $100
Psychological Assessment: $1000

For services that are covered by insurance and that we are in-network with, the rates are set by the insurance panel. We will be happy to discuss our rates with you.

ARE YOUR SERVICES CONFIDENTIAL?

As a healthcare organization, we are subject to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), which provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information.
