Barbara Foster

I am an intern and currently attend Liberty University. I am working to become a licensed clinical counselor. I am certified in life coaching and marriage coaching. I specialize in depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma disorders, compulsive disorders, and personality disorders. I work with adolescents and adults. I use CBT theory for intervention techniques. I believe therapy should be a safe space for clients to open up about their feelings, concerns, fears, and goals. I work with the client to help them navigate their treatment and achieve their goals.
