I provide trauma-focused individual counseling to children of all ages, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship, and self-esteem issues. I create a warm, empathetic, and genuine space where clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns. I practice from a person-centered perspective and consider the client’s emotional, physical, and mental wellness. I specialize in CBT, CBT-A, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) treatment techniques. I am enrolled in Washington Adventist University’s Master’s Program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with expected graduation in December 2026.
