I’m on a journey as a graduate student intern in the Clinical Counseling master’s program at Capella University. My passion for helping teenagers and adults navigate the ups and downs of mental health drives me. I genuinely believe in the power of resilience and well-being, especially in diverse communities. My strengths are building meaningful, trusting connections with others while creating a safe space where tough topics can be discussed openly, all while showing unconditional positive regard. I am dedicated to providing support to adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more because everyone deserves support on their mental health journey.
